Refund policy

MCOMBO Return/Replacement Policy

All of items come with a 30-day return/replace policy. During this time, we will cover the shipping cost of return/replacement for defective and damaged item, through provide pre-paid return label for customer’s convenience.

Note: The product must be kept in its original condition and packaging when returning, otherwise we will not be responsible for the huge cost due to oversize.

MCOMBO do not responsible for the returns that customer bought by mistake or changed their mind and other non-quality issues. The customer is responsible for freight costs unless the item is defective.

After receiving the return and checking it intact, we will deduct the return fee from the total refund.

 

MCOMBO Warranty Policy

All of our items come with a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty. During this time we will replace and/or assist in repairing any items/parts deemed damaged during shipping or defective from the manufacturer. This warranty does not include wear from normal use and/or damage due to incorrect use of the product.
