The Power Lift Recliner Chair, Triple Motor, Massage and Heat, Fabric 7634 BR is just as advertised. It arrived in less than a week in 3 boxes (1 was over 70 pounds, the other 2 were lighter). The components were carefully wrapped and all the parts were included. The assembly instructions were generally well written. However, it did take me a few minutes to figure out the wiring diagram and to plug in the various wires. The arms and back slide on to mounting brackets on the base. I had some difficulty with the left arm. I finally figured out that the rear bracket on the base was slightly bent. I straightened it with a pair of pliers and the arm slipped right on. I plugged it in to a receptacle and tested all of the controls and they all worked properly.
There is one control for the various movements of the chair and another for the massage and heating functions. I would have given the chair 5 stars but the controls were confusing for my 90 year old father. They're not really intuitive as laid out and would benefit from clear labeling. He's had the chair for a week and still hasn't quite mastered the controllers. His prior chair basically had one set of movement buttons whereas this chair has 3 (1 for the headrest, 1 for the back and 1 for the legs). That said, he thinks it's very plush and comfortable and I know he'll love it once he masters the controls. My dad sleeps in this recliner and the fact you can position it from completely flat to sitting up and every position in between is a real plus. The chair is also a lift chair and that function works really well lifting the occupant almost into a standing position.
The heat function is simple to use - you can heat the seat, the back, or both at the same time. The massage function is a little more complicated. It has 3 intensity levels and 3 massaging patterns as well as 3 timer settings. Dad loves the heat function but is a little unsure about the massage feature due to the complex controller. I've coached him on it a couple times and I think he'll love the massage feature once he learns how to use it.
The chair seems like it is well built and hopefully my dad will get many years of service from it. I absolutely recommend this chair. Great quality, functionality, and the price is by far the best I've seen.
