Not as described, this is only a rocking chair, not a swivel glider. It didn’t come with a rotati...

We just came from the vacation and open the box. The recliner chair is very pretty and good quality, however it’s not as described. This is only a rocking chair. It’s not swivel glider. It did not come with rotating base and wish the size is a bit bigger so all my family member could enjoy it. We are thinking to return/exchange for a bigger size and with a swivel glider feature. But getting hold of the customer service is impossible so I hope that someone will contact me through the email. Thank you!

Excellent

This recliner is very good. The foam is soft and right. The head rest is right, not too long. The arm rest is very relaxing. The rocking feature which I love the most because I fidget a lot is perfect for me. The recliner good. I have not use the other features yet. The most of all is the price. I needed something good and with my budget rang and this showed up. Am so glad. It was on sale. Overall I recommend this chair and any chair from this company MCombo. Why.? Because it’s a very well made furniture. I give it 10/10. Oh the assembly was so easy omg. As a lady I assembled it in no time.
