Not only was the price great, but it is so comfortable and helpful as I recover from a broken back. I won't ever buy another brand. The triple motor is exactly what I needed. Can't tell you how pleased I am. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!!

To start with, the chair is nice for the price. The only thing that would make it better is if the legs could be raised separtely from the back going backwards.It was easy to put togther.
The downside was the service from MCombo. One box was delivered 3 days late. The other two were in limbo somehwere. It was difficult to talk to a live person as AI handles all calls and initial emails. I finally worded things differetly and received an actual call from a liver person several days later. The final two boxes were finally delivered. Overall, I rate the chair a 4-star the the customer service 2-star.

I am 91 and couldn't get up without help. Now I just lift myself without need for help and sit back down. I am now becoming more active. Chair also helps me move so I'm not sick in one position all day.
