Power Lift Recliner Chair for Elderly, Massage and Heat, Faux Leather 7111

I am excited about this purchase for my petite, aging Mother. I ordered the chair as a gift from Amazon, it was delivered by Fed Ex, but they only delivered one box and I cannot assemble without the second box. I reached out to mcombo via phone message and email, I am hoping customer service addresses this quickly. It seems the chair would be just what we need based on the reviews. It looks simple enough to assemble, given all the pieces are available… I hope the shipping issue is resolved quickly so I can assemble for my mother. Looks perfect. Also, the tracking and order information does not indicate chair is delivered in two boxes. I didn’t know until I unpacked the one box. I’ll update my review and score when delivery issue is resolved and chair is assembled.

My mom is 97 yrs young and this helps her get up with ease and keeps her feet elevated to prevent swelling and it's comfortable. The only drawbacks I have are I wish you could sit up (raise the back) more with feet elevated, and while the cup holders are nice I would have loved the chair to be a couple of inches narrower in width. Overall, good product for the price.

The chair exceeds my expectations so far. I hope I will not have to get back to this review and change my words. Right now, I am pleased. It is soft and comfortable, everything is working fine. The low grade leather is nice and soft, cost comparable. I did not purchase for the massage or the heat and have not really tried them to date. More interested in a petite chair that I can sit in with my feet touching the floor so I can get out of it if I decide not to use the lift part At this time, I am not in need of the lift but it does work satisfactorily. I was not fond of the delivery being left on the porch as heavy as it is. An elderly cannot and should not be told to move a box without shipping assistance. This needs to be looked at with these companies....I know your shipping cost is well above what it would take to let them bring the packages in the home for those elders. It is not like they have to do this for all deliveries...you have a record of who is an elder and who is not by the order. Can you please work something out with the delivery folks to do better. Another problem is MCombo did not notify me of when the package would come or a tracking number. If I had known the day, I would have made sure someone was here to assist me. Why did MCombo not follow up with the delivery information as they stated they would do. Customer service was less than good in this respect. Several people have asked to come to see my chair....I will tell them the negative and maybe they will get better treatment. I am not sure I want to recommend the customer service. The chair can be purchased from Sears and this may give better customer service. If you have limitations or over 70 years old, you may need assist to put the chair together. The parts are too heavy for me and I could not have put the back part on the chair without assistance. The 2 arm parts were not too bad. Things to consider when you order anything that requires assembly...which is the normal now.

I have only had my chair for a short time and I love it! I am 4’ 11” and weigh 110 lbs and it is perfect for me. Very comfortable and easy to operate. I love the pink color and the faux leather is soft and easy to clean! I definitely would recommend this chair for small elderly people.

sadly, I ordered a small because I am short in height 5-1, but the chair was too narrow and small for me.
