Swivel Recliner with Ottoman, Faux Leather 4651

Overall, it’s a great chair. Exactly what I was looking for.

However, because of the screw design for the arms, it is very difficult to assemble. Alignment of the holes is hard. The holes in the arms are recessed behind the cushioning. I had to go by feel, not sight, so getting the bolts perpendicular is a matter of luck. McCombo should provide bolts that screw into the arms as a first step. Then it would be a simple matter to put them thru the frame holes where a simple nut can secure them.

My son loved the chair and it was shipped in a reasonable time frame.

Recliner arrive promptly but was missing hardware. I notified MCombo and had the missing parts 3 days later. Can't thank Gabrielle of MCombo enough. Chair is good quality, and it was nice dealing with a company that made sure I was taken care of.

Love the chair except it has developed quite the noise when moving around while sitting in it! Not a year old but sounds like it would be 10 years old or older! Have not been able to pinpoint it's location!

The pitch of the seat is too high for me. Can it be adjusted?
