So much to say!
1) Deliver: Do not be afraid. Only one of the 3 boxes was too heavy for me to manage alone and once I got all 3 open and unboxed in the room I could manuever all the pieces myself (60 year old woman, 5' tall).
2) Assemble: EASY! Again, by myself (and my reading glasses, of course) I had it assembled and in place in less that 30 minutes. Instructions were clear. Main difficulty was snapping back into rails...and even that only took a few tries.
3) Controls: They light up so you can see what you are doing even w/out the readers (ha-ha). The seperate controls for the chair position and the heat/message mean the buttons are easy to see - they are not all small black buttons on a small black remote. (Seriously Samsung TV - I'm looking at you)! Thanks for designing with the user in mind.
4) Comfort/Function: SPOT-ON Being able to lift the feet whislt keeping back at its own tilt is game-changing. No longer do I have to keep a myriad of pillows stacked by the recliner in order to get comfortable. I enjoy the massage function almost every day (and thinking I should go there now).
FINAL THOUGHTS: It is lovely. The fabric is beautiful. McCombo was easy to order from and responded promptly when I had a delivery question. I would ABSOLUTELY recomend and purchase again myself.

Well I rate it three stars for only one reason, when I’m just sitting with my feet up There is no support for my head, therefore I get a very sore neck. Other wise I would rate it four stars. Daniel ONeill

this is a great chair. it's sturdy well-built and easy to assemble. I love that the foot rest and the chair back move independently of each other. now I can sit straight up with my feet up instead of having to lean back. I love that it lays flat and the heat and massage are fantastic.

This chair has been a lifesaver after my hamstring surgery. I am able to lift myself out of the chair and love the almost flat recline it offers. I am spending a lot of time if this chair and am happy I bought it. It also has heat and vibration. The only negative is that one area of vibration is loud and rattling.
