Power Zero Gravity Recliner Chair, Fabric ZG334

I am in a wheelchair 24-7 and my legs swell because of it. Since using the zero gravity chair my legs are almost back to normal. I have to sleep in a recliner and find this one very comfortable! Best recliner ever !

Great timing and quality.

Love the chair; 3 boxes helped assembly easier for this 70 something. Motors are smooth and quiet. I added a pillow to the seat and very comfy now.

First, the positive. Solid but simple construction, no problem with assembly, near silent operation, quality feel...But. I thought this chair would be a perfect recliner; it is, by my definition, not a recliner at all. You see, a recliner needs to allow you to lie down. The angle between the seat and the backrest is fixed at an excessively upright angle- not helped by the intense cushioning (which is admittedly needed) forcing you to sit even more upright. What that angle is in relation to the floor below is variable, and worthy of the "Zero Gravity" label. It is possible that just 10 or 15 more degrees of angle would be sufficient to make this actually comfortable for general use, but even then the fixed angle is frustrating. I will likely wind up putting this chair for sale locally, as the idea of shipping it back is daunting.

I ordered this chair and was initially sent chair parts in 2 different colors. Customer service was great! They responded quickly to my email and got the correct piece to me very quickly, as well as scheduling a pickup for the incorrect piece for me from ups so
I didn't have to worry about taking it anywhere to be shipped. She was very professional and apologetic for the mistake and made it right. The chair is so comfortable and the cheapest price for a power zero gravity recliner I could find.. but the quality is nice and you wouldn't guess it was so affordable.. quality for the price is awesome. Be aware the chair comes in 3 boxes and mine did not all come on the same day.. the chair was easy to put together and has well written instructions and pics included, but I watched the video online of how to assemble, which worked better for me.. I've only had it for about a week, but so far I'm very happy with this purchase!
