Got the remote control fast and was easy to install

I filed a warranty claim to replace the faulty remote that was less than 6 months old. My brother has to elevate his legs for medical reasons. It was taking too long under warranty to replace so I bought one. It came within a week. I feel I should be reimbursed for the cost. The replacement works fine.
