I ordered a new remote for my chair, waited the 5 days for standard shipping because there was no other option available.
When it was delivered - I didn’t get a remote. I got the assembly that the remote plugs into.
I emailed customer service with a picture of what was delivered and asked that the item I ordered be expedited to me because it had already been a week with the chair in a tilted forward position. I did not get a response.
The next day I called the customer service number and spoke to a pleasant young lady who initiated a new order for the remote. I again asked for expedited service with Christmas coming up, the chair tilted forward and useless.
I got the same shipping as the first one. Another 5 days.
So while I’m pleased with the remote, and the pleasant young lady I AM NOT PLEASED that I was shipped the wrong item, and then there was no effort to get the replacement remote to me in a expedited manner.
