Wrong remote

The service was great and fast. I was needed the remote fast as the chair was in the reclined position when my puppy chewed the remote wire and shorted it out. Thanks for the quick service received the replacement in 3 days. Love the chair

Customer service worked with me via email and photos for a replacement remote as I didn't have a parts list. They matched up my item and sent it right out. Got it and plugged it in and we have a working chair again. Thanks so much to all involved
